Going by today's rates, the gold price in Hyderabad is Rs 6,400 per gram for 22 carat gold and Rs 6,982 per gram for 24-carat gold.

On Wednesday, the price of 24-carat gold slipped to Rs 68,950 per 10 gms, down by Rs 10 from the previous day.

The price of silver also declined to Rs 84,400 on Wednesday, down by Rs 100 from the previous day.
Internationally, the COMEX price of gold increased 0.40% to $24,61.8 per ounce.
